ConsolQ Settings
This item configures email and other settings. Help information is
provided beside each configurable item.
Note users also have the ability to change the display name "Configuration
item' to something that is more meaningful if required.
Attach your Logo
Browse to a .jpg file. This image will be displayed on the top left
hand side of your "Call summary" page which is suitable for printing.
Add Licenses
To add new licenses select System/Add Licenses. Paste the
supplied license into the box and Submit. Be sure that no
additional characters are included. The license count on the Add New
Staff Member screen will update.
Task Categories and Custom Forms
Progress Title Configuration
This screen allows the user to customise the names and colors of
task of Progress Title configuration. To add a new progress type click
Add New. Type in a new Progress Title and click Submit.
To edit a Progress Title click Edit.
List Management
Call Priorities - Add new, edit or delete

Macro Management
Configuration item
A configuration item (CI) is anything or person that is supported by ConsolQ
eg. clients, locations, buildings, equipment.
Please note "staff' or
ConsolQ users are also CIs but are attributed special properties (eg login
privilege). These CI types are hard coded within the system and can be
changed at any time - eg. client to staff.
